Living Bread Food Pantry
If you can help containers have been placed in the Worship Center, Fellowship Hall and Family Life Center. A list of needed items is available in the foyer of the Worship Center or facebook page “Living Bread Food Pantry”. If you would like to see it all first hand, we can always use an
extra volunteer. We serve those with a Hampton address.
Canned goods: diced tomatoes, spinach or other leafy greens, soup, mixed vegetables, carrots, beans, peas, fruit, pasta sauce, fish, meats, stews, hash, potatoes, corn, green beans, and pretty much any other kind of vegetable.
Dry goods: dried beans or peas, rice, cereal, oatmeal, pasta, ramen noodles, mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, and meal helpers (Hamburger Helper, etc.).
Here is a list of items that the pantry does not purchase but some of its patrons need each month: Ensure (for a housebound cancer patient), toilet paper, toiletries and personal hygiene products (including adult incontinence products), laundry detergent, and diapers.
Extreme couponers: the pantry challenges you to use your skills in helping it get stocked up, especially for the items listed just above that the pantry needs but does not purchase!
Donations accepted before and after Sunday and Wednesday services or at the church office during office hours.
